Rules and Regulations:

1. Topic: Open theme

2. No. of participants: 5-10 per team.

3. Videos need to be the original work of the contestants.

4. Videos cannot be longer than 3-5 minutes in length.

5. Submit your original work send  your video to melangemediafest@gmail.com 

6. Submission Date :11 December 2017 before 5:00 pm

7. Subtitles are compulsory if film is in English language.

8. Contestants should carry their video during the event day on CD/Pen Drive.

9. According to the number of entries, if the limit exceeds, then an audition would be conducted (Audtion dates would be communicated later).

10. Entry Fees: Rs. 100 per film.

11. Judges decision will be final.

12. No on the spot entry for this event. carry your short film in pen drive. participants should be present 45 min prior the event.
