3. Participants must be present at the venue one hour prior the event.

4. Misbehavior/filthy language is not accepted.

5. Carrying objects like scissor/knife is not allowed.

6. Kindly co-operate with volunteers.

7. Judges decision will be final.

8. Smoking and drinking in college premises is strictly prohibited.
